Flower Shop Policies
Orders may be cancelled any time before delivery. Once an order has gone out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. Should you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service department at 888.450.2487. Upon verification of your order and payment information, we will cancel the order and process a refund for the amount of the purchase.
Funeral Finder guarantees the quality and freshness of every order. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and freshness of your flowers, please call our customer service department at 888.450.2487.
Funeral Finder cannot guarantee the availability of all flower types at all times and occasionally substitutions may be necessary. Care is taken to maintain the color and integrity of the arrangement.
Orders placed before a funeral or memorial service will be delivered directly to the service location. Orders placed after a funeral or memorial service will be delivered to an address specified by the purchaser.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, flowers will not be left at the delivery location. A note will be left for the recipient, and we will attempt to schedule a time for redelivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day, although every attempt will be made to accommodate the stated preferences of the purchaser. Occasionally, flower substitutions may be necessary to ensure the order is delivered on the date requested.
Please include apartment, unit, or room number if applicable. Funeral Finder cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
At this time Funeral Finder is able to deliver to: DC, MD, VA, PA, and NJ.
Funeral Finder does not deliver on Sundays.
