Joshua Young
March 27, 1934 - May 22, 2012
Joshua Young passed away May 22, 2012 in Southern Maryland. He is survived by his wife; Sandra, his sixteen children plus numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Joshua grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and was an active member of Church of God and Saints of Christ 16 Tabernacle located there. He will be remembered for his devotion to church and family as well as his special musical talents.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at Church of God and Saints of Christ 1 Tabernacle, 401 New York Avenue NW Washington, D.C. (map/directions), on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 6:00 until time of service at 7:00 pm. Evangelist James A. Parker will officiate.
Interment, Friday, June 1, 2012 at 12 noon, Belleville Cemetery, Suffolk, Virginia.
