Catherine LaVera (nee Peters) Dixon, 62, of Key West, FL, and formerly of Cranford, died May 9, 2012. The Service of Remembrance will begin at 4:00PM Saturday May 12, 2012, at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave. Cranford (map/directions, www.grayfuneralhomes.com to offer condolences), where the visitation will begin at 3PM until service time on Saturday.
Born in Elizabeth, Catherine had been a surgical nurse at Rahway Hospital. She is survived by her husband: James Edward Dixon, daughter: Stephanie Whittaker, and her husband: Larry, granddaughter: Elizabeth Catherine Whittaker, and sister: Deborah Dennis and her, husband Brian.
