Lindon P. Coppage, 90, of Clinton, MD passed away on Wednesday August 22, 2012 at Bradford Oaks Center in Clinton, MD.
Born in Stafford County, VA he was a son of the late George and Hattie (Heflin) Coppage. He was married to the late Matilda A. (Chervanick) Coppage. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a retired Metropolitan Police Officer. He leaves behind to cherish his memory a son Dale G. Coppage (Pam), two daughters, Donna Dove and Anne Richards (Gary), four grandchildren, Patrick Coppage, Lisa Dove, Kelly Zeiders, and Justin Dove, and one great granddaughter, Sophia Coppage.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to American Legion Post #259, 9122 Piscataway Road, Clinton, MD 20735, for Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.
