Dorothy Novella Carter

On Friday, January 16, 2015 Dorothy Novella Carter entered into eternal rest.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband: Nathaniel Carter; three daughters: Barbara, Donna, and Teresa; and two sons: William and George. She is also survived by a host of many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 26, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Glenwood Cemetery 2219 Lincoln Road NE Washington, DC 20002. Services by Bianchi Funeral Service.
