She is survived by a devoted husband, Otis Milton Belk and three children; Constance Johnson, Cheryl Belk-Henry and Dino Belk.
The visitation and viewing will held at the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 909 Queen Street, Alexandria, Virginia on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00. The committal will immediately follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Annandale, Virginia.
